Is it possible to get a refund?

Yes, if you wish to have your pass refunded, this is done automatically within 5 to 10 working days.

What date is the Knee Joint Preservation Symposium postponed to?

The event will take place in May or June 2022. Details to come.

I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I register?

No need to have a PayPal account to register, follow those steps.

1- Once all the needed information are entered to book the tickets, you can click on the « Proceed to PayPal » button.

2- Once the PayPal window appears, choose the last option « Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card ».

3- Enter your card information, billing address and contact information. Check the box to accept PayPal’s Privacy Statement and click on “Pay Now”.

You should see an order confirmation. Remember you can always contact us if you have any questions.

Will the event always take place virtually?

The event will be offered in hybrid mode. It will therefore be possible to participate in person or virtually, if conditions allow.

Will the content of the event be the same?

In 2022 we will feature more content and  experts at your fingertips. The event will be held over two (2) days.

Will the pricing  stay the same?

For the virtual option, the price will remain the same. For those who wish to attend in person, different packages will be offered.
